Pandemic preparedness: children must be seen and heard

The unique needs of children during times of crises... must be at the forefront of national policy.

The Australian and New Zealand Paediatric Infectious Diseases (ANZPID) Group of the Australasian Society for Infectious Diseases (ASID) is calling for urgent consideration of the needs and voices of children in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In The Lancet Regional Health - Western Pacific Volume 51 October 2024, ANZPID provided
10 key recommendations for planning for future pandemics.
